Shipping Info: Your order will be shipped out within 7 business days after it is received.

We do not ship on most major holidays.
Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please send email to hlyn@hlyn.net within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returned items must be unused, meaning, only unopened and sealed CDs, may be returned.

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
